We got a room with a walk-in shower.

I really enjoyed the hotel. the room was reasonably large and quiet. - the staff was kind and helpful. - the location was excellent, near the central plaza, center square, and bus terminal.

The room we had included a flat-screen TV and an iron.

The place is incredibly beautiful and has fantastic location really close to the central park. The rooms are fairly quiet and comfortable with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. It is nestled in the center of the town, around 4-6 minutes walk from Parque Ecologico San Miguel Acapantzingo.

The hotel has favourable location short walk to a taxi as well as the bus terminal.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was weak.

The staff here is very friendly, the rooms are modern and extremely comfortable, and you can easily park your car nearby for a good rate of USD 39.

This hotel is really close to the central park, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff here were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The rooms were basic but comfortable, and I particularly loved the fact that some of them have access to a roof terrace, which provided a nice space to relax and enjoy the views. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a great start to the day, offering a variety of options to choose from.

Everything was fine, no major complaints.

This hotel is conveniently located just a stone's throw away from a bustling park and lively area with plenty of shops and restaurants. the service staff is attentive and polite, providing top-notch service and making you feel at home. the incredible view from the room is breathtaking and makes for a remarkable experience. the hotel's leisure facilities are also first-rate, especially for those with physical handicaps, with a range of amenities suited to a diverse group of travelers.

The elevator is old and slow.

The room had its own roof terrace, which was a nice addition. There is a nearby dining venue called la terraza de las plazas that is only 300m away. The location of this place was ideal and perfectly suited my needs. It served as a great base for exploring and discovering the city.

The location of Casa Frida is perfect, just a short walk from the bustling Zocalo. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean and the fan provided much-needed relief. Even though there were some minor inconveniences like a noisy balcony and limited outlets, the overall experience was enjoyable.

The free welcome drinks and the complimentary breakfast were a nice touch. The hotel was located near the heart of the city, making it easy to explore local attractions and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The rooms were quite dark and lacked proper lighting. there was no soundproofing, which made it noisy at night and difficult to sleep.

The rooms had a unique feature - they opened up onto a lovely rooftop terrace where I could relax in the evenings and enjoy the sunset. It was a great place to unwind and soak in the atmosphere. In addition, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, a perfect start to the day.
